لا تتوفر أرقام دقيقة حتى الساعة حول أعداد العاطلين عن العمل و نسبة البطالة في لبنان ، فالاستطلاعات الدولية
للمعلومات تشيرإلى أن عدد العاطلين عن العمل قبل 17 تشرين الأول 2019 كان بنسبة 25% من حجم القوى
العاملة أما و بعد هذا التاريخ و بسبب الأوضاع الإقتصادية المتردّية بعد ذك التاريخ إضافة إلى إعلان التعبئة العامة
بسبب جائحة كورونا التي حملت العديد من المؤسسات إلى صرف العديد من موظفيها و الإقفال النهائي، مما أدى إلى
فقدان العديد من اللبنانيين لعملهم ومورد رزقهم ارتفعت نسبة البطالة إلى 35% إلا أن تنبأ خبراء اقتصاديون بأن تصل هذه النسبة إلى % 55.
إن هذا السيناريو يبدو سوداوياً وقد لا تكون الأرقام شديدة الدقة ،إلا أن شبح البطالة متربص بجميع اللبنايين ناشرا رعبه بين صفوف الشباب و الشابات و أرباب و ربات المنازل، بين كل فرد من أفراد المجتمع اللبناني، فكيف لأب عاطل عن العمل أن يؤمن متطلبات أولاده؟ و كيف لأم جارعليها الزمان و خسرت عملها أن تعيل اطفالها ؟ كيف
لشابة في مقتبل العمر أن تؤمن قوت يومها و قسط جامعتها ؟ كيف لخريج شاب أن يجد عملا ويبدأ مسيرته المهنية
؟ كيف و كيف و كيف ؟ أسئلة كثيرة لا يمكن الإجابة عنها في ظل هذه الأزمة المستشرية .
إلا أن أمام هذا الواقع المأساوي كان اللبناني أمام خيارين أحلاهما مرٌ, إما البقاء و الانتظار في المجهول دون عمل
دون مستقبل دون هدف، إما الهجرة إلى المجهول ، بعضهم اختار البقاء لأسباب مادية و عدم قدرتهم على تأمين
أموال طائلة قد يتكبدها السفر، و البعض الآخر استعد الى شدّ الرحال فتقدم بطلبات هجرة للانطلاق نحو عالم جديد
في خطوة محفوفة بالمخاطر ليؤمن مستقبله حيث بات حلم الكثير من اللبنانيين هو الهجرة إلى دولة تحتويهم من
قساوة العيش في بلدٍ يعاني أسوأ أزمة اقتصاديّةلعلّهم يحصلون على جرعة أمل وعمل فُقدت في وطنهم,
ليكاد اليوم كل بيت في لبنان لا يخلو من مهاجر، إذ باتت بلدان الاغتراب ملاذا آمنا وحلما يسعى إليه الشباب اللبناني
هربا من الواقع المعيشي والاقتصادي الصعب وضيق فرص العمل. فكلما اشتدت الأزمة الاقتصادية و المالية و
ضاقت الأحوال الإجتماعية كلما كانت عواقبها وخيمة على المواطنين وكلما انعكست تراجعاً في القدرة الشرائية
نتيجة ارتفاع نسبة البطالة ، فلذلك كان الحل الأسرع للانتقال من هذا الواقع نحو واقع افضل هو الهجرة .
وحدها اليوم الإحصاءات والأرقام كفيلة بتوضيح مدى خطورة تفاقم ظاهرة الهجرة في لبنان التي تعدّ القضية
الاجتماعية الأكثر بروزًا في المجتمع اللبناني حيث تقف البلاد على شفير الانهيار في ظل تفاقم الأزمات المالية و
الانهيار الاقتصادي و ارتفاع معدلات البطالةفإلى أين ستتجه هذه الأرقام ؟ هل سيبقى لبنان يستنزف طاقات شبابه و
عناصر مجتمعه العلمية و المهنية ؟ ألن يبادر في ايجاد حلول لاسترجاع من رحل و ستثمار من بقي ؟
